Job summary

Godshall Recruiting is seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist to partner with hiring managers and fill engineering and technical sales roles. This direct-hire opportunity requires building pipelines, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews in a fast-paced environment.

Salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 per year, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K. 3+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience preferred; experience in Engineering/Technical Sales is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting/sourcing or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting Engineering & Technical Sales professionals a plus.
• Able to partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Engineering and Technical, Sales.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking events, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews, facilitate candidate assessments, and manage interview feedback.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
