You will post job descriptions, manage resumes in the ATS, assist onboarding, and provide regular recruitment reports. 1–2+ years of experience, a bachelor’s degree, excellent communication, MS Office skills, and Korean-English bilingual preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of recruitment or HR experience
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential candidates through multiple channels.
• Craft and send cold emails and messages to passive candidates.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline for corporate positions.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate data in the ATS and ensure records are up-to-date.
• Post job descriptions and refresh postings on boards and company site.
• Generate recruitment reports and support HR team.
• Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation
