H Mart Headquarters in Lyndhurst, NJ seeks an experienced recruiter to identify and engage candidates, build a strong pipeline for corporate roles, and manage scheduling with hiring teams.

This on-site role requires standard hours Monday to Friday and offers a salary range of $58,800 to $73,450 plus benefits. You will support onboarding and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Bilingual Korean and English preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels.
• Craft and send compelling cold emails and messages to passive candidates.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for corporate roles.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring teams.
• Maintain ATS records and candidate data.
• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on boards/site.
• Coordinate interview schedules and feedback collection.
• Provide general HR support as needed.
