Job Summary

Provides excellent customer service to field operators throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fields calls and tickets from operators via a centralized support center providing:
  • ATS technical support for operators completing the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Level 1 support for background check tickets via the First Advantage and Checkr systems.
  • Facilitates tickets with appropriate technical teams as needed.
  • Participates in system and technology testing
  • Provides a high level of customer service
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One to three years in an administrative and/or customer service role
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving aptitude
