As an EMS Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will identify, attract, and hire top EMS professionals, collaborating with Operations and HR to meet staffing needs. You will source, interview, and select candidates who meet qualifications and embody our Core Values, contributing to our organization’s growth and excellence in EMS services.

We seek a proactive, results-driven, tech-savvy team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a positive candidate experience through managing high-volume applications, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Source candidates using diverse strategies, including cold outreach, social media, and networking.
• Collaborate with leadership on recruitment strategies and trends.
• Participate in recruiting events and community engagement activities.
• Stay current with recruitment trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Healthcare recruitment experience, especially in EMS or related fields
• Experience recruiting healthcare professionals (paramedics, EMTs, nurses, etc.)
• Strong interviewing, communication, negotiation, and sourcing skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, credentialing, and licensing
• Organized, detail-oriented, and discreet
• Experience in geographically dispersed organizations
• Proficiency with ATS, Microsoft Office, and communication tools
• Soft skills: motivated, organized, able to work under pressure, excellent customer service
• High School Diploma required; Associates or Bachelors preferred
