Job summary

Professional Search Network (PSN) is growing and looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to join our team in Parsippany-Troy Hills, New Jersey. You’ll recruit, screen and interview candidates for temporary, consulting and direct-hire roles.

This position features a competitive base salary plus lucrative commission, with a weekly schedule of one in-office day and four remote days.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of staffing, recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• 1-2 years of temp/consulting recruiting preferred.
• Ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting for corporate, white-collar roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven professional.
• Positive attitude and sense of humor.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
