Everdry Waterproofing of Greater Indiana is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding, based onsite in Indianapolis, IN.

You will partner with leadership to recruit across Sales, Customer Service, Production, Operations, and Leadership roles, while strengthening our employer brand and refining our hiring processes for faster, higher-quality hires.

Qualifications

1+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or HR experience.
Experience sourcing candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, or other platforms.
Strong interviewing and relationship-building abilities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with ATS software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Everdry Waterproofing of Greater Indiana is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting, design hiring strategies, and support continuous improvements to the hiring process. This onsite role in Indianapolis, IN involves partnering with leadership while recruiting across multiple departments and strengthening the organization’s employer brand.

Role Responsibilities

Own the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing through onboarding.
Recruit for multiple teams, including Sales, Customer Service, Production, Operations, and Leadership positions.
Conduct phone interviews and in-person interviews.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines using Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
Create compelling job postings designed to attract qualified candidates.
Develop creative recruiting campaigns to support hiring goals.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with department managers.
Track recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill and quality of hire.
Support improvements to onboarding and hiring processes.
Represent the company by attending career fairs and community recruiting events.
Assist with efforts to strengthen EverDry's employer brand.

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or HR.
Experience sourcing candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, or other recruiting platforms.
