Job summary

JSET Automated Technologies in Columbus, OH is seeking a Recruiting Specialist (Level I or II) to support hiring across field, technical, and office positions. This in-office, full-time role focuses on moving candidates through the hiring process from application to onboarding.

You will review resumes, conduct phone interviews, coordinate interviews, and maintain ATS records. Strong communication, organization, and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, administration, coordination, scheduling, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to work full-time in our Columbus office.

Responsibilities

• Review resumes and identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone interviews and candidate screening calls.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Process interview recordings and transcripts.
• Maintain applicant tracking system records and recruiting documentation.
• Track candidate movement through the hiring pipeline.
• Assist with offers, pre-employment activities, and onboarding.
• Maintain recruiting reports, schedules, and recruiting trackers.
• Help ensure open positions move efficiently from application to hire.
