Voltage is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. In this role, you’ll manage full-cycle recruiting efforts across departments, ensuring a positive candidate experience while supporting our company’s talent strategy. You’ll partner with hiring managers, leverage sourcing tools, and help drive employer branding initiatives.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for critical roles within Voltage.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Post job openings on relevant platforms and source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networks, etc.).
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline and keep candidates engaged throughout the process.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in the preparation of job offers and onboarding documents.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time to fill, source of hire).
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and best practices.
  • Perform additional HR-related duties as needed.

Work Experience/Education/Skills Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a contract role or within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and social media platforms for recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

Work is performed in an office environment with occasional travel to hiring events (up to 15% travel required).
