Voltage is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. In this role, you’ll manage full-cycle recruiting efforts across departments, ensuring a positive candidate experience while supporting our company’s talent strategy. You’ll partner with hiring managers, leverage sourcing tools, and help drive employer branding initiatives.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for critical roles within Voltage.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and job requirements.
- Post job openings on relevant platforms and source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networks, etc.).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and keep candidates engaged throughout the process.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the preparation of job offers and onboarding documents.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time to fill, source of hire).
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and best practices.
- Perform additional HR-related duties as needed.
Work Experience/Education/Skills Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a contract role or within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and social media platforms for recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
Work is performed in an office environment with occasional travel to hiring events (up to 15% travel required).
