Job Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment of IT professionals across a variety of technical disciplines. Your key deliverables will include successfully sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates, ensuring the hiring process is efficient, effective, and aligned with our organizational needs.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and presenting candidates.

  • Schedule technical interviews, coordinating with hiring managers and candidates to ensure smooth interview logistics.

  • Present shortlisted candidates to stakeholders, clearly communicating qualifications, fit, and potential impact.

  • Maintain clear and ongoing communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.

Qualifications and Job Requirements
  • 5+ years of technical recruitment experience in the LATAM region, specifically within IT and technology profiles.

  • Proven experience recruiting for a wide range of IT roles, from software engineers to data scientists, DevOps, and more.

  • Strong ATS experience and the ability to effectively manage candidate pipelines.

  • Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and engaging with high-quality candidates.
