Job summary

SwiftX Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles across U.S. markets.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to define profiles, source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and boards, and manage interviews from screening to onboarding. The role emphasizes a strong candidate experience, metrics tracking, and onboarding support, with a focus on warehouse, logistics, and operations hiring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or operations roles is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience using ATS systems (Workable preferred) is a plus.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin Chinese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both hourly and salaried positions across multiple U.S. markets.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruiting metrics including pipeline activity, interview conversion, time-to-fill, and hiring effectiveness.
• Prepare offer letters, negotiate compensation within approved guidelines, and facilitate the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support employer branding initiatives, campus recruiting, and recruiting events as needed.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and contribute ideas to increase hiring efficiency.
