Job summary

The Icon Team is hiring an entry-level Talent Acquisition Specialist in Atlanta, GA for a full-time, on-site role. You will begin by learning recruiting fundamentals, then progress through leadership development and HR operations.

You’ll build candidate pipelines, conduct outreach and interviews, coordinate processes, and support onboarding while preparing for leadership opportunities within 3–6 months.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates for open positions
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and phone interviews
• Build relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline
• Learn and utilize recruiting platforms, applicant tracking systems, and other talent-sourcing tools
• Assist with interview coordination and candidate tracking
• Support new-hire onboarding and recruiting documentation
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records
• Help improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
• Support hiring initiatives across multiple teams and locations
• Learn how to train and support new recruiters
• Help monitor recruiting activity and performance
• Assist with team meetings, communication, and accountability
• Develop leadership and coaching skills
• Eventually oversee recruiting initiatives and support a growing recruiting team
