Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet with hiring managers to understand their needs.
• Source qualified professionals through recruiting tools.
• Screen candidates via interviews and reference checks to ensure alignment.
• Communicate opportunities and prepare consultants for start.
• Coach consultants for interviews and maintain engagement throughout employment.
• Maintain a network of consultants with top industry skills.
• Build trusted relationships to help advance careers.
