Ilocatum is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting and support essential HR functions. Based in the United States, you will attract and hire top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience.

The role requires 2–5 years in recruiting, experience with ATS (ADP WFN), social media sourcing, and strong communication skills. You will also assist with employee records, benefits coordination, payroll support, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years recruiting experience in a variety of industries; coal, manufacturing construction, heavy industrial or energy fields a plus.
• Telemarketing experience or experience with phone solicitation campaigns.
• Experience in full cycle recruiting.
• Experience with social media marketing and advertising.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience with presentations.
• Must be able to work with all different personality types.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Must be dependable and consistently at work on time with schedule flexibility as required.
• Ability to travel overnight when needed (limited amount).
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems ADP WFN preferred.
• Experience with MS Excel and Word products.

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Salary : $60,000- $ 67,000 + 35% Bonus + Generous 401K

This position plays a key role in driving talent acquisition efforts while
also providing support across essential Human Resources functions.
The ideal candidate will manage and support full-cycle recruiting activities, helping to
attract and hire top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience. In addition, this
role will provide administrative support across core HR functions, including employee
record maintenance, benefits coordination, payroll support, and compliance.
Success in this position requires a high level of accuracy, organization, confidentiality, and
timeliness, along with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• 2 – 5 years’ experience recruiting in a variety of industries. Coal, Manufacturing Construction, Heavy Industrial or Energy related fields is a plus.
