ProLift Rigging Company is seeking an experienced Recruiter to help source, screen, and place top talent for our growing industrial construction team. You will partner with hiring managers to build a strong talent pipeline and provide recruiting analytics to support staffing goals.

The ideal candidate brings 2–5 years of recruiting experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of recruiting experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Self-starting and self-motivated professional.
• Proven track record in recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using industry contacts, databases, and social media.
• Conduct phone interviews and filter candidates for open positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify future hiring needs.
• Develop expert knowledge of ProLift Rigging Company.
• Maintain relationships with clients to meet staffing goals.
• Provide recruiting reports to Human Resources.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up on status.
• Support additional duties or projects as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using industry contacts, databases, social media etc.
• Conducting phone interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and proactively identify future hiring needs.
• Develop expert-level knowledge of ProLift Rigging Company.
• Attract the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.
• Screen candidate's resumes and job applications.
• Following up on applications and resumes sent to Branch Managers.
• Making recommendations to hiring managers.
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers and following up on the interview process status.
• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to Human Resource Manager.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Monthly turnover reports to help assess staffing needs.
• Other duties or projects as assigned.
