Job summary

The ProLift Rigging Company in Memphis, TN is seeking a Recruiter to source and attract top candidates for a growing industrial construction team. You will conduct phone interviews, screen resumes, and coordinate with branch managers to fill open roles with qualified professionals.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in recruiting, a self-starting mindset, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The company offers a competitive benefits package and a performance-based bonus program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two to five years of experience in related field preferred and the skills to be a self-starting and self-motivated recruiting professional.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using industry contacts, databases, social media etc.
• Conducting phone interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and proactively identify future hiring needs.
• Develop expert-level knowledge of ProLift Rigging Company.
• Attract the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.
• Screen candidate resumes and job applications.
• Following up on applications and resumes sent to Branch Managers.
• Making recommendations to hiring managers.
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers and following up on the interview process status.
• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to Human Resource Manager.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Monthly turnover reports to help assess staffing needs.
• Other duties or projects as assigned.
