Qualifications

• 5+ years Heavy lift/rigging experience.
• ABET Accredited engineering degree in Structural or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in structural steel calculations and complex stress analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering processes ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.
• Recruit, hire, coach, and mentor engineering personnel.
• Implement training programs for continuous technical development.
