Job summary

Qualifications

Drive the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, focusing on quality of hire and efficient delivery; Build and maintain talent pipelines through active sourcing and networking within the international market; Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and provide market insights; Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience from the first touchpoint to onboarding; Maintain accurate records in the ATS and handle operational tasks related to the hiring flow; Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment workflows and employer branding initiatives.
