Responsibilities

• Определять и реализовывать стратегию аффилиат-маркетинга.
• Вести P&L канала, контролировать CPA, LTV, ROI.
• Устанавливать цели по рынкам и партнерам, переводить в KPI.
• Мониторить показатели трафика и конверсии, готовить отчёты для топ-менеджмента.
• Руководить, менторить и масштабировать команду аффилиатов.

Задачи

• Define and execute the affiliate marketing strategy aligned with business targets
• Own the channel P&L and control CPA, LTV, and ROI
• Establish targets by market and partner tier and cascade them into individual and team KPIs
• Monitor conversion and traffic quality metrics, deliver performance reporting to C-level stakeholders, and take corrective action
• Oversee segmentation, tiering, and retention of key affiliates, networks, and media partners
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms, including CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models
• Review deal performance to maximize profitability
• Plan, launch, and optimize affiliate campaigns
• Collaborate with Brand, CRM, Product, and Regional Marketing teams
• Handle escalations and senior-level dispute resolutions
• Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events
• Lead, mentor, and scale the affiliate team
• Foster an ownership mindset and data-driven culture
• Ensure partner activities comply with regional licensing regulations, internal guidelines, and Responsible Gaming standards
• Track industry developments, competitor tactics, and affiliate technology stacks
• Identify market expansion opportunities
• Hit revenue and First Time Depositor growth targets from the affiliate channel
• Maintain CPA and ROI within agreed target budgets
• Increase the portfolio share of active, high-value affiliate partners
• Achieve zero regulatory or compliance incidents across affiliate activities

Требования

• 4+ Years of proven leadership experience as a Head of Affiliate or Senior Lead within the iGaming, Gambling, or Betting industry
• An existing, verified network of top-tier affiliates, networks, and media buying teams
• Strong experience managing channel P&L
• Expert-level understanding of CPA, CPL, RevShare, and Hybrid deal models and NGR, LTV, and ROI unit economics
• Proficiency with data platforms, anti-fraud tools, and affiliate tracking software such as Cellxpert, NetRefer, and Income Access
• Experience building, scaling, and managing performance-driven teams with 3+ direct reports
• Fluent English
• Russian proficiency at Upper-Intermediate / Advanced level, written and spoken
