The Talent Acquisition Specialist II will handle full-cycle recruitment for designated positions within the healthcare system. This role involves developing sourcing and selection strategies aligned with current and future workforce needs at both hospital and regional levels. The Specialist will source and screen candidates, ensure minimum qualifications are met, and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers. Collaboration with HR staff and senior leadership is essential to meet organizational recruiting needs. Additionally, the Specialist will assist in identifying new search platforms and train other Talent Acquisition Specialists as needed.
Required education and experience include: 1. High school diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field is preferred. 2. At least two years of experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing, preferably in healthcare. 3. Experience in developing and negotiating job offers. 4. Familiarity with electronic applicant tracking systems. 5. Proficiency in various sourcing techniques to attract both active and passive candidates. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. 7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
