The Corporate Talent Acquisition position will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. This role will work closely with all levels of management and subject matter experts in a fast-paced, ever-growing organization. This role requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills as you'll often be asked to work closely with others across the organization.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Full-cycle recruiting
- Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Post and source candidates utilizing internal career pages and external job boards.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and the Applicant Tracking System (Pinpoint).
- Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
- Schedule interviews.
- Assist with the interview process.
- Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or HR staff during the offer process, start dates, and other details.
- Follow efficient and effective recruiting methods based on the role, industry standards, and organizational needs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal corporate recruiting.
- Prefer experience with chemical/process engineering, corporate functions, IT, Accounting, Legal, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proactive and independent with initiative.
- Excellent time management skills and customer service orientation.
- Familiarity with hiring laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Previous experience with Workday is a plus.
- Must be able to work onsite in the Gurgaon, India office 5 days a week.
