The Talent Acquisition Specialist II will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions within the healthcare system. This role involves developing recruiting and selection strategies to meet current and future workforce needs at both hospital and regional levels. The specialist will source and screen candidates, ensuring minimum qualifications are met, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Collaboration with hiring managers, HR staff, and senior leadership is essential to ensure recruiting practices align with organizational needs. The role also includes evaluating new search platforms and assisting in training other Talent Acquisition Specialists as needed.
