Job summary

Everus Construction is seeking a Recruiter to support hiring efforts nationwide. You will partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and enhance the candidate experience across the recruitment lifecycle.

This role focuses on sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews, while contributing to employer branding and talent pipelines for current and future needs.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities for assigned positions, including posting jobs, reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, and supporting the hiring process.
• Source candidates through job boards, employee referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
• Support talent pipeline development by identifying and engaging potential candidates for current and future needs.
• Coordinate interviews and related recruiting activities, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare offer letters and assist with pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities for new hires.
• Support employer branding and recruiting initiatives, including career fairs, community events, and other talent attraction efforts.
