Job summary

Everus Construction is seeking a recruiting professional to support sourcing, screening, and candidate management across multiple roles. You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Responsibilities include posting jobs, coordinating interviews, preparing offers, and supporting branding and campus recruiting initiatives. A four-year HR degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience
• Experience with ATS/HRIS and recruiting technologies
• Ability to source, screen, and manage candidate pipelines
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with policies

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities for assigned positions (post jobs, review applicants, schedule interviews)
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and other channels
• Support talent pipeline development for current and future needs
• Coordinate interviews and related recruitment activities for a positive candidate experience
• Prepare offer letters and support onboarding requirements
• Support employer branding and recruiting initiatives (career fairs, events)
• Maintain recruiting reports and ATS records
• Assist with campus recruiting and internship programs
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and facilitate recruitment
• Ensure candidate records comply with policies
• Build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
• Provide administrative support for recruitment projects and programs
