You will screen, interview, and refer qualified candidates, while leveraging recruiting best practices to enhance workforce planning.

The role emphasizes relationship building, networking with schools and organizations, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and training.
• One or two years experience preferred in recruiting role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and supervisors to identify required knowledge, ability, skills, and other qualifications.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to source qualified candidates.
• Initiate contact with potential candidates for initial screening and interviews.
• Review applications and interview candidates to obtain work history, education, skills, and salary requirements.
