IET Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our internal recruiting function as we grow. This role will recruit across the DMV region and support nationwide and international hiring needs, while building relationships with trade schools and colleges.

As a contributor, you will help develop processes, pipelines, and partnerships, and own the internship program to create long-term talent. This is an opportunity to grow with a dynamic, mission-driven team.

Formación

• 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/Communications or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with BambooHR or similar ATS/HRIS.
• Willingness to travel for recruiting events.

Responsabilidades

• Support and own full recruiting process from sourcing through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and candidate profiles.
• Create and maintain job postings across recruiting platforms.
• Source candidates via job boards, networks, schools, workforce partners, and other channels.
• Review applications and resumes; conduct initial screenings.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate communication and records.
• Support DMV regional recruiting and national/international needs.
• Develop internship program and relationships with schools and partners.
• Develop recruiting processes and workflows; track metrics.
• Attend career fairs and recruiting events.
