Responsibilities

• Format, review, and post jobs on career boards per client requirements.
• Track status of postings, locations, expirations, issues, and follow-ups.
• Source candidates for difficult-to-fill or high-volume roles across channels.
• Conduct initial screenings via resume reviews and phone/virtual interviews.
• Suggest improvements to job descriptions and benchmark compensation.
• Improve candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Communicate with clients and participate in project meetings.
• Support client hiring events and candidate registrations.
• Partner with colleges, military organizations, and vendors for outreach.
• Develop SOPs and training materials to standardize processes.
