IXL Learning is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to partner with recruiters and drive talent identification for our mission of improving learning globally. The role requires strong communication and collaboration to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

The position is based in our San Mateo, CA headquarters with a Monday–Friday in-office schedule and the option to work from home one day per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience screening resumes and assessing skills.
• Experience conducting qualifying phone screens.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage top-of-funnel candidate activity and evaluate qualifications.
• Conduct initial candidate phone screens to assess skills and fit.
• Collaborate to ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Perform full-cycle recruiting for select positions as needed.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
