IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products, is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our team in San Mateo, CA. You will work side by side with recruiters within IXL to understand business needs and help execute creative strategies to identify top talent.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of recruiting experience, experience screening resumes and conducting qualifying phone screens, and strong communication and organizational skills.

• 1–2 years of relevant recruiting experience.
• Experience screening resumes and assessing skills/qualifications.
• Experience conducting qualifying phone screens.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the top of funnel candidate activity and evaluate qualifications.
• Conduct initial candidate phone screens to assess skills and culture fit.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Perform full cycle recruiting for select positions as needed.
• Maintain a seamless candidate experience and positive impression of IXL.
