Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in HR/Recruiting, preferably in manufacturing/automotive.
• Experience with recruiting sources and posting openings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct recruiting services supporting containment projects and sorting activities.
• Research, develop and maintain relationships with recruiting sources.
• Communicate openings to the public via job postings, fairs, boards and ads.
• Market research of hourly wages in hiring areas.
• Build applicant sources via colleges, agencies and social media.
• Ensure high level of customer service.
• Assist operations with staffing for missions.
• Handle full-cycle onboarding including orientation.
• Maintain relationships with recruiting sources and fill staffing requests promptly.
