Job summary

International Executive Service Corps in Monrovia, CA is seeking a talent acquisition professional to partner with hiring managers, manage requisitions in the ATS, post openings, source candidates, and collaborate with colleges to recruit graduates.

You will work with HR to maintain compliant processes, oversee onboarding, and assist with immigration support when needed. 1–2 years in full-cycle recruiting is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience or talent acquisition.
• Outsourcing experience with staffing agencies preferred.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to provide talent acquisition support and ensure data accuracy for analytics and candidate records.
• Post job openings on internal and external job boards.
• Source candidates from ATS and external databases.
• Collaborate with colleges and training institutions to recruit their students/graduates.
• Represent STAAR at job fairs as needed.
• Support HR with process updates and compliance.
• Oversee employee referral program and onboarding process.
• Support audit and reporting for TA activities.
• Develop relationships with outside vendors for pre-employment checks, search firms, and online providers.
