FULLBEAUTY Brands in Indiana is seeking an HR Generalist – Talent Acquisition to manage full-cycle recruiting for our fulfillment centers, supporting up to 350 union hourly associates and about 60 non-union staff. This role collaborates with site HR and Operations, oversees background screening, offers, and candidate communications.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of recruiting experience filling hourly and exempt roles; union/non-union experience favored.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent combos considered.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft 365 including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint; ADP Workforce Now, Indeed, and LinkedIn preferred.
• Strong organization, follow-through, confidentiality, and communication skills; ability to facilitate group orientation and manage priorities.
• Union environment experience and English/Spanish proficiency are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage approved job postings and candidate activity in Indeed and ADP Workforce Now; maintain opening details, applicant status, and communications.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for non-union roles across fulfillment centers, including supervisors and directors; define role requirements and assess leadership potential.
• Prepare, communicate, and process offers; maintain pipeline of union hourly candidates; coordinate hiring classes and scheduling.
• Own end-to-end background screening; evaluate findings and communicate results to HR Manager as needed.
• Plan and attend on-site/off-site hiring events; build community recruiting relationships and internships; manage seasonal peak hiring.
