Job summary

FULLBEAUTY Brands is hiring an HR Generalist – Talent Acquisition in Indianapolis, IN to manage full-cycle recruiting for a high-volume operation. You will partner with site HR and Operations, lead candidate assessments, and coordinate onboarding for both union hourly and non-union exempt staff.

The role requires strong communication and organization, experience with ADP, LinkedIn, and Indeed, and the ability to drive candidate experiences across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of recruiting experience in hourly and exempt roles, incl. leadership searches.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; equivalent education/experience considered.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• ADP Workforce Now, Indeed, and LinkedIn experience preferred.
• Strong organization, confidentiality, and written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for union hourly and non-union roles across the fulfillment centers.
• Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and new hire orientations.
• Manage offers and maintain active candidate pipelines; run on-site hiring events.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define role requirements and leadership competencies.
• Support associate relations and HR administrative tasks with oversight from Wipro.
