FULLBEAUTY Brands in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an HR Generalist – Talent Acquisition to manage full-cycle recruiting for our Indiana fulfillment centers, including union hourly and non-union exempt roles. This role supports up to 350 union hourly associates and about 60 non-union exempt/ non-exempt staff, coordinating orientations, onboarding, and engagement activities.

You will work with site HR and Operations, oversee Wipro tasks, and drive hiring events, background checks, and onboarding

Qualifications

Three or more years of recruiting experience filling hourly and exempt roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft 365; ADP Workforce Now, Indeed, and LinkedIn preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage job postings and candidate activity in Indeed and ADP Workforce Now; maintain opening details and communications.
Lead full-cycle recruiting for union and non-union roles across fulfillment centers; partner with hiring leaders to define requirements and competencies.
Plan, coordinate, and attend on-site hiring events and job fairs; build community recruiting relationships.
Oversee New Hire Class orientations and onboarding readiness; coordinate with Wipro and Operations.
