Job summary

FULLBEAUTY Brands, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist – Talent Acquisition for our Indiana fulfillment centers. You will manage full-cycle recruiting for union hourly, non-union non-exempt, and exempt roles from trainers through directors, affecting up to 350 union hourly and about 60 exempt/non-exempt associates.

You will coordinate onboarding, background checks, and on-site hiring events. You’ll collaborate with site HR and Operations, coordinate with Wipro for administrative tasks,

Qualifications

• Three+ years of recruiting experience across hourly and exempt roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft 365 (Excel/Outlook/Teams/SharePoint); ADP Workforce Now, Indeed, LinkedIn preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage job postings and candidate activity in Indeed and ADP Workforce Now.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for union and non-union roles across fulfillment centers; collaborate with hiring leaders on role requirements.
• Coordinate offers, background screening, and onboarding processes with Wipro and internal teams.
• Plan on-site hiring events and off-site job fairs; manage internship program from recruitment to placement.
• Support seasonal hiring and NCI orientations; ensure timely communication with candidates and hires.
