Job summary

Nexus Integrity Management is seeking a Recruiter to support the company’s growing staffing needs. You will identify and attract qualified candidates, maintain strong pipelines, and coordinate the hiring process to ensure smooth onboarding across multiple locations.

You will work closely with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing priorities, conduct initial screenings, and manage job postings and offers. Travel for recruitment events may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred; equivalent recruiting or HR experience considered.
• 1–2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting for multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates for field and office positions across locations.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and present qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Partner with managers to understand role requirements and priorities.
• Assist with job postings, offers, pre-employment steps, and related docs.
• Coordinate with HR/compliance/IT to ensure smooth candidate-to-new-hire transition.
• Support onboarding with necessary information, equipment, and training.
• Maintain recruiting records and track metrics like time-to-fill.
• Represent Nexus at career fairs and recruitment events; build external partnerships.
