Job Description

Recruiting responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Sales and Recruiting in hiring the temporary and direct hire workforce.
• Work closely with sales to market candidates and direct type(s) of candidates to aid the sales process.
• Continuously monitor recruiting resources.
• Market applicants through internet recruiting.
• Post jobs on various job boards, local colleges, and career centers.
• Participate in open houses and job fairs.
• Search resumes using a variety of search engines.
• Screen, submit, and arrange candidate interviews.
• Check references and verify employee eligibility as needed.
• Advise temporary employees on job performance.
• Track and submit daily metrics.
• Maintain familiarity with unemployment claims, E-Verify, and I‑9 compliance.
