Job summary

Balance Staffing seeks a results-driven Recruiter to source, screen, and place top talent in our Salt Lake City office. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, build pipelines, and partner with account managers to meet staffing objectives.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in recruiting, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills. Experience with Bullhorn and MS Office is a plus. This role requires flexibility and a commitment to quality candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruiting or staffing experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and Bullhorn.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong ability to build professional relationships.
• Highly organized with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily phone screens and in-person interviews to assess qualifications and culture fit.
• Coordinate client interviews with Account Managers and relay offers.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and ensure timely updates.
• Generate sales leads through resume reviews and reference checks.
• Support onboarding and maintain relationships with placed candidates.
