The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to collaborate across departments while maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all HR processes.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment and onboarding principles.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to interpret policies and present findings clearly.
• Experience generating HR reports from automated systems.
• Ability to guide all levels of staff on HR processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for all staff classifications.
• Advise managers on recruitment strategies and compliance with policies.
• Maintain recruitment records in line with state and institutional requirements.
