You'll source candidates, conduct screenings and interviews, coordinate orientation, and maintain confidential HR records while collaborating with team members to ensure smooth hiring processes and strong candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field.
• 2–5 years of HR or recruiting experience.
• Experience with recruitment and onboarding preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and screen candidates using company tools and events.
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews and coordinate next steps.
• Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding.
• Promote Retech as an employer of choice at career fairs and events.
• Maintain accurate HR files and documentation and respond to applicant questions.
