Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred and 2-3 years of recruiting experience
• Efficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common office technologies
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Experience using Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and other Office tools

Responsibilities

• Recruit talent through multiple sourcing channels including job fairs and online sources
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify top-level talent
• Screen and present qualified candidates to managers
• Present offers and outline next steps for new hires and internal transfers
• Maintain clear communication with hires and managers about requirements
• Build relationships with Colleges/Universities and other recruiting sources
• Coordinate with Marketing on internal career spotlight processes
• Ensure positions are posted and filled promptly
• Assist with onboarding as needed
• Represent the agency at hiring events and promote DEI concepts
