Job summary

Pacers Sports & Entertainment is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the organization’s hiring goals across full-time, part-time, and intern positions. This role will partner with commercial and basketball teams, manage recruiting, onboarding, and retention, and work with the Director of Talent Acquisition to ensure a top-tier hiring experience.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least one year of professional recruiting experience.
• HR certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for full-time roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to set recruitment strategy and timelines.
• Post jobs, screen applications, and source candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and extend offers.
• Assist with onboarding and employer branding.
• Support internship and part-time hiring.
• Represent PS&E at events when needed.
