Job summary

Pacers Sports & Entertainment is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the organization’s hiring goals across full-time, part-time, and intern positions. This role will partner with all areas of the company when it comes to recruiting, onboarding, and retaining talent.

They will work with the Director/Talent Acquisition to ensure a top-tier hiring experience for all employees. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also play a key role in educating and supporting hiring managers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; HR experience a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of professional recruiting experience or related HR roles.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS/payroll software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for full-time, part-time, and internship roles.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and new hire orientation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to optimize recruitment strategies and timelines.
• Support intern and season-employee hiring and onboarding processes.
• Promote PS&E employer brand and improve the candidate experience.
