Pacers Sports & Entertainment (PS&E) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting across full-time, part-time, and intern positions. You will partner with all areas of the company to source, onboard, and retain talent, helping hiring managers make informed, inclusive hiring decisions.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 1 year of professional recruiting experience.
• Experience in HR and HR certifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-time and internship recruiting lifecycle.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to set strategy and timelines.
• Draft offers and communicate feedback with care and timeliness.
• Oversee onboarding processes, including new hire orientation.
• Represent PS&E at events and partner with cross-functional teams.
