M. J. Electric, LLC, a Quanta Services company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring managers and leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization.

This role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, supports workforce planning, enhances the candidate experience, and helps build talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs. This position may require occasional travel to regional offices and recruiting events, and the successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 2–5 years recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally to regional offices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding.
• Publish job postings across career sites, boards, social networks, and professional networks.
• Source candidates via ATS, networking, referrals, social media, industry events, and direct outreach.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates’ experience, skills, competencies, and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate and facilitate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring decisions and a positive candidate experience.
• Assist the talent and development team with Internship and Co-op programs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, workforce plans, and hiring priorities.
• Provide support for other Human Resources functions and special projects as assigned.
