Job summary

Visual Edge IT is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. You will source, attract, and hire top talent across multiple departments and regions, partnering with hiring managers to design effective recruitment strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

You will manage requisitions, launch new hiring initiatives, and help strengthen our employer brand and talent pipeline across the country.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (corporate/in‑house preferred).
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools; Paycor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments, from sourcing to offer delivery.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and success criteria.
• Source talent using job boards, Boolean searches, social media, and outreach tools.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
