Job summary

Visual Edge IT, Inc. is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Nashville.

You will source, attract, and hire top talent across multiple departments and regions, partnering with hiring managers to design effective recruitment strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. You will manage requisitions, help launch new hiring initiatives, and contribute to employer branding while building a strong talent pipeline for

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in recruiting or talent acquisition (in-house preferred).
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools; Paycor a plus.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates using multiple channels.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Collaborative, process-improvement mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across departments, from sourcing to offers.
• Partner with managers to define requirements and success criteria.
• Source talent via job boards, Boolean searches, social media, and outreach tools.
• Build and maintain a pipeline for current and future openings.
• Conduct resume reviews and phone screens to assess fit.
• Coordinate interviews and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS (Paycor Recruiting).
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience with timely updates.
• Develop recruitment playbooks, templates, and best practices.
• Support diversity recruiting and employer branding initiatives.
