Visual Edge IT, Inc. is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Warwick, RI.

You will source, attract, and hire top talent across departments and regions, partnering with hiring managers to design effective recruitment strategies and deliver a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. You will manage requisitions, contribute to employer branding efforts, and help shape the future of recruiting at Visual Edge IT.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (corporate/in-house recruiting preferred).
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools. Paycor Experience a plus.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates using multiple channels.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• A collaborative, resourceful approach with a passion for process improvement.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to a high-quality candidate experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments, from sourcing to offer delivery.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, set success criteria, and develop tailored hiring strategies.
• Source talent using job boards, Boolean searches, social media, and outreach tools.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Conduct resume reviews and phone screens to assess qualifications and culture fit.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and maintain communication with all stakeholders.
