Apex Service Partners, a national network of home services brands, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build aggressive sourcing strategies and recruit top talent in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades. This role focuses on proactive outreach, relationship-building, and a fast-paced hiring cycle to fill critical roles across partner locations in the Pittsburgh area.

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven recruiting success in fast-paced environments; skilled trades/ service industry experience preferred.
• Hunter mentality with success sourcing candidates where applicant flow is limited.
• Creativity, persistence, and willingness to try new approaches when traditional methods fail.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and networking skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to develop aggressive recruiting strategies.
• Proactively source and recruit passive candidates through networking, social media, referrals, and events.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for field and leadership roles in trades.
• Own full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Identify new ways to generate candidate flow in competitive labor markets.
• Represent Apex and partner brands at job fairs, events, and schools.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with clear, timely communications.
• Track recruiting metrics and adjust strategies to meet hiring goals.
